- Excessive revisions or adjustments outside the initial scope matrix may incur extra operational charges.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed system content or feedback loops) will inherently impact the baseline delivery timeline.
7. Client Responsibilities
You are single-handedly responsible for:
- Providing completely accurate information and asset content for your project pipeline.
- Approving dynamic designs and systemic deliverables on time.
- Ensuring complete compliance with your specific industry laws and digital regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
All source code, asset content, and design matrices provided by MwalimoTech remain our exclusive intellectual property until full framework payment is balanced. After complete verification of payment, full ownership is securely transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to display completed modular projects within our public studio portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
MwalimoTech shall not be held liable for:
- Loss of database records, systemic data, or structural revenue due to unforeseen service interruptions.
- Delays initialized by third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., upstream hosting environments or registry data centers).
- Any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or execution of our tech blueprints.
10. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Any personal info or corporate routing data provided is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Map.
11. Termination
